We KNOW our Customer Service Department is the heart of our business and we value the people who sit on the front lines of our organization. If you are customer-centric, have solid experience on the phones directly with the consumer, and are looking for a permanent, full-time and have an authentic and enthusiastic desire to comfort others, we want to meet you! We are looking to fill our 10:00 am - 7:00 pm shift during the week and 8:00 - 12:00 pm Saturdays. Outbounding experience is a plus!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Promote raving customer fans by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. When the phone isn’t ringing, you will call our customers to schedule their planned maintenance visits. We will equip you all you need to provide professional and consistent experiences for our customers. You will participate in ongoing training to expand your expertise to deliver exceptional customer service. You will collect pertinent information and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. This could be a great fit for someone with inside sales experience!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,440.00 - $43,680.00 per year
